In our Medfield, Massachusetts based private psychology practice our focus is on individuals, families and couples. The services we offer range from non-traditional coaching in areas such as parenting, child & adolescent issues, and constructive conflict resolution to more traditional clinical treatment of conditions such as depression, ADD or anxiety just to name a few.

We use a mixture of interactive strategies that include exploring the effects of one's past on present problems; understanding how our thoughts influence our behavior, how subsequent changes in our behavior can alter the way we perceive ourselves, and the significance of interpersonal relationships effecting our daily lives. Each and everyone of our clients is unique and therefore deserves a collaborative approach in deciding upon the most effective strategies in resolving the pain & frustration that brought them to our office.
